Shipping & Delivery
At Yomi + Calendula, every order is prepared with care and intention. From creation to delivery, each step is designed to honor the experience of receiving something curated just for you.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are typically prepared within 3-7 business days prior to shipment. Select pieces-especially limited releases or handcrafted items-may require additional time, which will always be noted within the product description.
During promotional periods or special releases, processing may extend up to 10–15 business days due to increased demand.
Please note
Processing time and shipping time are separate.
Processing timelines do not include weekends or holidays.
Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Shipping
Domestic (U.S.) OrdersDomestic shipments are fulfilled through trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx or USPS, with available options displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery timelines may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Once your package has been shipped, the carrier will have the most accurate and up-to-date tracking information.
If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist in initiating a claim.
International orders
International shipments are handled via DHL or UPS, depending on destination.
Estimated delivery:
- 7–14 business days after dispatch (varies by location)
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be applied upon arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are outside of our control.
Pre-Orders
Select items may be offered as pre-order, allowing you to reserve pieces ahead of release.
Each pre-order item will include an estimated shipping timeframe within its product description. We encourage you to review these details carefully before completing your purchase.
- Pre-order items are not eligible for expedited shipping
- Processing begins on or shortly after the stated release date
- If the release falls on a weekend or holiday, processing will begin the next business day
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are available, unless specified by the customer. Customers can request split shipping by emailing info@yomiandcalendula.com, please include order number.
Yomi + Calendula reserves the right to adjust release timelines when necessary. Should any changes occur, communication will be provided in advance.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Occasionally, we may offer complimentary shipping during special moments, releases, or promotions.
Order Accuracy & Responsibility
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
Yomi + Calendula is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
